If first issued a Broker License between November 1, 2021 and October 31, 2023, 45 Hours of Post License Education is required.
Please note: You will need to register as a new student, regardless if you’ve taken classes with CRES before.
45 Hours Worth of Coursework
Applied Broker Principles
15-Hour Course
In this course you’ll apply your knowledge of the license act, real property, brokerage types, taxes affecting real estate, business skills, and broker practice through exercises, role-play activities, situational simulations, and case studies.
Risk Management/Discipline
Plus Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
15-Hour Course
This course covers fair housing, antitrust, escrow issues, insurance issues, office policies and procedures, disclosure, sexual harassment, RESPA and TILA, puchase contract issues, personal safety, disciplinary action, and other areas of risk management.
Transactional Issues
15-Hour Course
Brokers will apply their knowledge related to transactional issues, including seller, buyer, and property management issues through exercises, role-play activities, situational simulations, and case studies.
Each course is 15 hours, but most people purchase and complete all three at once – so we refer to these collectively as “The Post License Broker Package”.
