HOW DO OUR PAYMENT PLANS WORK?
Starting a new career as a Real Estate Agent is surprisingly affordable. CRES makes it easy to get started TODAY, by offering a payment plan for all of our courses, classroom and online.
For the classroom course, you’ll pay a down payment of $199 when registering, then two more payments:
- the second payment on your first day of class, for $200
- the final payment halfway through the course, for the balance – ranging from $180 to $220, depending on the package* you select
- if you want to use a payment plan for classroom courses, just click “Register” on the class schedule page, then after choosing your package, select “Register w/Payment Plan”
For Part I of the online course, you’ll pay a down payment of $199 when registering, then one more payment ranging from $130 to $170, depending on the package* you select. The second payment will happen two weeks after the first payment. If you want to use a payment plan for our online course, click “Register w/Payment Plan” after choosing your package. (Note that you’ll also pay $150 for Part II of the Online Course, once you’ve completed Part I.)
Payments can be made via debit / credit card, as well as directly from many national banks.
Our payment plan allows you to finish paying for the course before you get your license – there’s no reason to start your new career in debt! And watch out for other payment plans that charge as much as 30% interest – ours is a one-time fee of $20, that’s it!
