Hybrid Course

- $185 – 1 month after registration
- $185 – 1 month after 2nd payment
- No credit check
- $20 payment plan fee – split between 2nd and 3rd payments

All Online Course
$499
- $199 at registration
- $160 – 1 month after registration
- $160 – 1 month after 2nd payment
- No credit check
- $20 payment plan fee – split between 2nd and 3rd payments

Payments can be made via debit / credit card, as well as directly from many national banks.
Our payment plan allows you to finish paying for the course before you get your license – there’s no reason to start your new career in debt! And watch out for other payment plans that charge as much as 30% interest – ours is a one-time fee of $20, that’s it! Finally, there is also a scholarship available for qualifying minorities, funded by the Illinois Real Estate Education Foundation – click for details.
