Starting a new career as a Real Estate Agent is surprisingly affordable. CRES makes it easy to get started TODAY, by offering a payment plan for all of our courses, classroom and online. (No credit approval required!)

Our payment plan allows you to Start your course while paying for the course before you get your license. 

For the classroom course, you’ll pay a down payment of $249 when registering, then two more payments as follows:

• $249 at registration
• $165 – 2 weeks after registration
• $165 – 4 weeks after registration (2 weeks after 1st Installment)
• No credit check
• No interest

For the online course, you’ll pay a down payment of $249 when registering, then two additional payments as follows:  

• $249 at registration
• $115 – 2 weeks after registration
• $115 – 4 weeks after registration (2 weeks after 1st Installment)
• No credit check
• No interest

Payments can be made via debit / credit card, as well as directly from many national banks.

To Register Using the Partially Payment Plan, please select “Partially Payment Plan” as your form of payment during checkout, you will prompted to create your Payment Plan account and register for your course.
