Continuing Education Courses
Our Continuing Education and Post-License Courses are offered through our partnership with AHI.

Please note: You will need to register as a new student, regardless if you’ve taken classes with CRES before.
Continuing Education Options
Broker License CE
45-Hour Course
This includes three 15-hour sections that cover transactional issues, applied broker principles, risk management and discipline, plus the 1 hour sexual harassment prevention training.
24-Hour and 12-Hour Course
This course covers code of ethics and the law, anti-trust and sexual harassment prevention training, and buyers representation. Meets NAR requirements.
Leasing Agent CE
8-Hour Course
This course covers topics such as license law, agreements and disclosures, landlord laws, fair housing, sexual harassment prevention training, and more.
Each course is up to standard with IDFPR and NAR, we work hard to offer up to date and accurate education for our students.
