Payment Plans

Starting a new career as a Real Estate Agent is surprisingly affordable. CRES makes it easy to get started TODAY, by offering a payment plan for all of our courses, classroom and online. (No credit approval required!)

For the classroom course, you’ll pay a down payment of $249 when registering, then two more payments:

$249 at registration
$150 – 1 2 weeks after registration
$150 – 1 2 weeks after 2nd payment
No credit check
No interest

For the online course, you’ll pay a down payment of $249 when registering, then 2 additional payments of $100. If you want to use a payment plan for our online course, click “Register w/Payment Plan”

Payments can be made via debit / credit card, as well as directly from many national banks.

Our payment plan allows you to Start your course while paying for the course before you get your license – there’s no reason to start your new career in debt! And watch out for other payment plans that charge as much as 30% interest – We do not charge interest!
