This 75-hour course is divided into two distinct parts:

    Complete the initial coursework at your own pace, on your schedule. This foundational segment covers core real estate principles and laws, allowing you to master the material before engaging in live sessions.
  • Part 2: Live Webinar Sessions via Zoom (2 Weeks)
    Engage directly with experienced instructors and peers in live, interactive virtual classrooms. This part focuses on practical application, Q&A, and preparing you for the licensing exam. Attendance in all four required sessions is mandatory for course completion.

Are there any other classes required in order to get my license?

No, the 75-hour Pre-license Broker Course is the only class required by the state, in order to test for your Illinois Real Estate License.

The price includes tuition, textbook, and transcript, along with study aids such as videos, quizzes, and the Audiobook version of the textbook. There are no other costs associated with taking the course.

You must attend all sessions. The schedule is available on the preceding page, and you’ll make your selection after you pay for the course.
