How long does the real estate class take to complete?
The class itself typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on a few different factors. Then, while you have up to 2 years to take the state exam after finishing the class, we recommend doing it as soon as possible. Once you pass, you’ll find a sponsoring broker, apply for your license, and start selling immediately. One big factor is how long you have to wait before starting the class. Some real estate schools offer classes once every month or two, but the Chicago Real Estate School has new sets of classes starting every few weeks. We also provide online real estate classes. We also offer a self-study course which you can begin immediately!
The Illinois Real Estate Exam is normally offered 6 days per week at testing centers around the state. The State Exam is also offered online.
