Are there any other classes required in order to get my license?
No, the 75-hour Pre-license Broker Course is the only class required by the state, in order to test for your Illinois Real Estate License.
What is included in the price?
The price includes tuition, textbook, and transcript, along with study aids such as videos, quizzes, and the Audiobook version of the textbook. There are no other costs associated with taking the course.
How many classes do I need to attend?
You must attend all 10 sessions. The schedule is available on the preceding page, and you'll make your selection after you pay for the course.
Can I pay with cash or check in person?
We do not accept cash or check at any of our locations.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Once you pass the State Exam, we guarantee that you’ll receive at least one job offer from an area Real Estate agency, or we’ll refund your entire registration fee. Most of our students receive multiple offers from a variety of agencies, whether they’re seeking part-time or full-time positions
