Part I is self-study, while Part II is the instructor-led Applied Measurement webinars. Part I is entirely “on demand”, so you’ll work at your convenience, and at your own pace. It consists of online text, chapter review videos, audiobook, and required quizzes. Part II is 4 Webinars covering Applied Measurement Topics, which are offered every 3-4 weeks. You’ll be able to select the dates / times that work best for you, when you are ready to take Part II. A hardcopy of the textbook will be mailed to you at no extra charge.

Are there any other classes required in order to get my license?
The 75-hour Pre-license Broker Course is the only class required by the state, in order to test for your Illinois Real Estate License. You will need to complete Part I and Part II (Review Sessions Course).
How long does it take to complete Part I?
Most students complete the Self-study course in 2-3 weeks. You have up until 2 years from the date of registration to complete the course.
What if I have questions while I’m studying?
We offer unlimited support throughout the Self-study course. You are welcome to call us during our hours of operation (see bottom of page), or to contact us through the form embedded in the Online Course with any questions related to the material.
