• Located inside Century 21 Universal at the corner of N. Western Ave and Touhy Ave. Easily find our classroom to complete your Real Estate Classes in Chicago.
• Have you typed in “real estate classroom classes near me?” CRES is local. We are found in Chicago’s West Ridge/Rogers Park neighborhood, only several blocks away from Skokie, Evanston, and Lincolnwood, with easy access to I-94 and many other thoroughfares around the city.
• Only a short distance from the Chicago lakefront with access to beaches, green space and
  recreational areas, numerous dining/entertainment options, and more.
• More than 100 free parking spaces with a large parking lot and no crammed spaces, which can be a challenge when driving in the city. Our Rogers Park classroom is easily available to any who need to complete Illinois Real Estate license classes, such as the 75-hour Broker Pre-License course.

Sam Zakarian has been a Licensed Illinois Real Estate instructor for 16 years. Sam creates a positive and exciting environment while passing on the full knowledge required to pass the Illinois state exam. Students will benefit from Sam’s extensive background and energetic style.

CRES Rogers Park location benefits:

• Our Western location is available via the Red Line, Yellow Line, and Purple Express.
• Howard Street Station is nearby, at 7519 N. Paulina St. Detailed information can be found with the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA).
• For those planning to drive to class, there is a large parking lot with plenty of free parking in front of the classroom (100 free spaces!)
